Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you don’t need to be home during service.
What if my gate is locked?
If we can’t access the service area, the visit may be skipped and completed on the next scheduled service day.
Do you clean the whole yard or just “problem spots?”

Why is an Initial Cleanup required?

Do you haul the waste off-site?
By default, waste is bagged and placed in your trash bin. Off-site haul away can be requested if needed.
Is the deodorizer safe?
When applied as directed, it’s intended to be safe for pets and families. We recommend keeping pets off treated areas until dry.
Do you work around dogs?
Dogs must be secured or kept inside during service. This is for your pet’s safety and ours.
